The Good Home Company specializes in handpoured soyblend candles and linen sprays. All candles are made in small batches in my Newburgh kitchen.
A nice smelling candle can transform a house into a home.
Policies
It is the customer's responsiblity to practice proper candle care and safety. Never leave a candle unattended. Always burn on a safe surface away from anything flammable, this includes drafts and vents. Do not exceed 4 hour burn.
Returns will only be accepted if product is deemed unacceptable at the discretion of The Good Home Company.
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours, and you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number.
Orders Not Received
If you did not receive your items, please contact the courier with your tracking number to inquire on where your package is.
PLEASE NOTE: Once your package leaves our establishment, we are not responsible for it for any reason (this includes, but is not limited to, theft after delivery). We are also not responsible for any damages to products incurred during transit. We ensure that all fragile items are packed securely. We advise you to contact the courier if you notice any damage to your items. Also, some wax is heat sensitive and may melt slightly during the shipping process, however this will not alter the quality of the wax.
Wooden gift sets cannot be shipped.
Our company works with wholesale accounts, those accounts may vary in price and promotion compared to what we offer directly.
